Meet the Business Owners.

Juan Cortez, III, Enrolled Agent - Formerly with the Criminal Division, Fraud section, U.S. Department of Justice. Authorized to practice before the IRS 20+ years, plus 15 years federal service. Authorized to represent taxpayers in all 50 states. Juan has been admitted to practice since 1993 and has always had a good working relationship with IRS employees...one based on mutual respect and a willingness to work together until both sides arrive at a solution that is fair to both parties. Having worked with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in the past helps Juan understand both sides of the controversy very well.
